His global exposure across various industries and sectors, focuses on technology-based solutions in Integrated Water and Waste Management, Agri-Logistics & Post Harvest Infrastructure, Drinking Water & Sanitation, and Homeland Security. Parag identified the need for safe drinking water in the life of every human being along with the need to make it available and accessible to all in an efficient, robust and sustainable manner.

He has over 22 years of diverse experience in operating, advisory and investing roles as an Entrepreneur, Investment Banker, Private Equity Investor, Board Member, and Academic Professor. With a strong understanding of structured finance, capital raising and advisory services, Anurag has spent over 10 years collectively at J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Regent Private Capital. His expertise is social entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, finance, and business development; all of which he practices in his current role at JanaJal. Anurag is based in New York and plays an instrumental role in overseeing the overall financial management of the company.

During his 35 years of illustrious military service, Gen. Sudhir Sharma has handled staff, instructional and diplomatic assignments, including the command of the world’s largest operational force, Head of logistics and Defence Attaché in United Kingdom, with distinguished leadership. A graduate of Staff College, Camberley, he is an acknowledged thought leader and expert on logistics, defence, homeland and corporate security. He speaks at international forums like Global Economic Summit, Global Arab Summit, Global India Summit, Asia Economic Forum, and Ideas on India. He brings with him a deep understanding of different states and regions in India, along with invaluable knowledge of managing field logistics that are vital for the installation, commissioning and operation of ATMs across the country.

With 35 years of rich & versatile experience in Telecommunications, Pharma, Academics, Agri-Logistics and Water Management at senior management positions, Praveen is an MBA graduate from IMT. He was actively engaged with the Ministry of Telecommunications in development and implementation of Billing & MIS System for more than 1000 exchanges all over India in the early 90s. His deep understanding of water treatment and purification technologies, along with his project execution capability, is the keystone of JanaJal’s success. Praveen’s inclusive approach to execution backed by an astute understanding of various regions in India is critical and helps in mitigating all operational challenges, thereby ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Doug Vaughn serves as Strategic Advisor to our company. He brings significant operational, financial and strategic experience to our team. He currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Triangle Capital Corporation, a NYSE listed company focused on debt and equity investing in middle market companies. He is also the founder and managing member of Tricolor Cleantech Capital, LLC, an investor in JanaJal. Additionally, Mr. Vaughn serves as Founder and managing member of Piedmont Market Products, LLC, a designer and distributor of branded products sold primarily through grocery and e-commerce channels.

Mr. Vaughn has served in various senior management positions in the United States, Europe and Asia for publicly traded multinational companies as well as smaller, privately held businesses. He has served on numerous for-profit and not for profit boards with current positions on the Salvation Army Regional Board of Advisors and as Chairman of the Board of Recovery Logistics, Inc and Site Resources, Inc, major service providers for large utility and telecommunication companies.

Based in New York, Rishi Nangalia served as the Global Head of Buy Side Trading at Refinitiv (the recent spinout of Thomson Reuters’). Rishi joined TR when the firm acquired REDI Technologies, where he served as CEO and Founder. He spun REDI out of Goldman Sachs and created an institutional consortium, building on the foundation that was built at Goldman and Spear, Leeds & Kellogg’s prior. He led the team that pioneered one of the leading electronic trading franchises on the street. Rishi has been recognized for work thru various accolades in the industry. His real pride comes from seeing when people & teams push themselves to achieve new milestones and make an impact that was hard to plan when they started.

Rishi has been active in the start-up community, investing, mentoring, advising and often incubating new concepts. He believes that supporting and investing in young ventures and risk-taking entrepreneurs is one of the best ways to engage and learn from the transformational technological and business transformation happening currently.

Rishi earned an M.B.A in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School & an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He now acts as an Investor and Strategic Advisor to JanaJal working closely with the founders to drive change and deliver impact through safe water.

Niharika is the Head of Agency Partnerships & Industry Relations for APAC at Google. Named as Asia’s Women Leader by CMO Asia in 2019, Niharika was one amongst 30 influential women in APAC recognised for extraordinary contribution in their field. Rika will lend strategic guidance to the company’s activities on its digital marketing plans and brand positioning besides helping to build custom social inclusion programs for implementation across various countries in ASEAN and the world.

Gaurav Natekar is a former international sportsman who represented India in Tennis for over 15 years. Gaurav helped India win 2 gold medals at the South Asian Federation games (SAF) in Dhaka in 1991, in Colombo in 1993 and in Chennai in 1995. He won 2 Gold medals at the Asian Games in Hiroshima and brought glory to India by winning the team event and the individual doubles gold medal with another tennis legend, Leander Paes. Through his career, Gaurav received several awards; national and international, including the most prestigious “Arjuna Award” conferred upon him by the Government of India in 1995 at the hands of the Hon’ble President of India.

Post retirement from the international arena, Gaurav founded his own boutique consulting and advisory company that helps him pursue his passion to serve his country by providing ‘concept to creation’ solutions in aspects related to sports and socially inclusive projects. He has formerly been Advisor to Tata Trusts on all their philanthropic efforts towards sports and working committee member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) national committee for sports. Gaurav is a prominent author and speaker on global media networks and prolific sports commentator on television channels such as Neo Sports, Ten Sports and Sony TV for international tennis events.

Gaurav shares the vision and mission of “Safe Water for All” and actively contributes to JanaJal’s ongoing efforts.
